TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Session Details
• One session per family; immediate family members only • Extended families (cousins, etc.) require consecutive bookings
• Grandparents welcome with an additional $25 fee per grandparent
Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Session fee ($250) non-cancellable, non-refundable; transferable to another family (min. 24-hour notice)
• No-shows forfeit session fee • Rescheduling fee: $25 (subject to availability)
Participant Requirements
• Children photographed individual must be able to sit unassisted • No age restrictions for children in family photos
• Fur babies welcome; please contact studio or school first and ensure well-trained and assign a responsible caretaker
Editing and Photography
• Basic editing included; additional edits (head swaps, skin retouching, etc.) incur extra fees
• Personal photography(camera/phone) strictly prohibited during sessions.
Please acknowledge understanding before booking.
